OnTrack CE is a tool designed to help users record and track continuing education (CE) activities and certifications.
The App allows users to log courses, track credit totals, and maintain personal records of continuing education activities.
OnTrack CE is intended solely as an organizational tool for personal record keeping.
Users are solely responsible for understanding and meeting the continuing education requirements set by their licensing board, credentialing organization, or regulatory authority.
OnTrack CE does not verify, audit, or guarantee compliance with licensing or certification requirements.
Any CE requirements displayed in the app may be based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most current regulations.
Users should always confirm CE requirements directly with their licensing board or credentialing authority.
CE records and certification data entered into the App are stored locally on the user’s device.
OnTrack CE does not store CE records on its servers.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their device if they wish to preserve this data.
OnTrack CE may offer subscription-based features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

We are not responsible for licensing decisions, regulatory determinations, certification status, or any consequences related to continuing education compliance.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
All content, design, and functionality within the App are the property of OnTrack CE unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
